Welcome to my blog! This is a place where we can be a little less formal and just have fun talking politics and current events. While the campaign trail can get pretty hectic, I will do my best to keep this updated with my thoughts about not only my own campaign, but the Presidential campaign and others around the country. Bravo Chris for your article today on education reform in the Daily Herald. I have long felt that until teachers feel the need to compete for the privilege of teaching a child, two many children will be just a number. Good luck with the campaign

Dear Mr. Cannon,
I woul like to introduce myself to you, my name is Kristy Black, I am a mother of 2 (16yr daughter, 2yr old son), 3 if you include my husband! I am a 34 yr old business owner. I own a pharmacy in Park City, I am the only independent pharmacy in all Park City area. This is the first time ever owning a business (2 1/2 yrs now) and man it is a tough world! So as you can see I am non- stop busy. I was recently invited to a private only get together and was introduced to a product that I could not say no on and pass up the huge oppurtunity!! I have been in the pharmacy industry for over 15 yrs, so I have seen how our healthcare has gradually gone downhill. I want to help people as much as I can in this drug world but there is only so much I can do. So when I was introduced to product I jumped all over it. It is an all natural supplement that will change the way of medicine. This is huge breakthrough in all aspects with our medical/drug industry. Suicide for me? No, I’ve been told over the last few years by Insurance co., drug co., distributors, and big chain stores that in the next 5 yrs or so, the independent pharmacy owners will no longer be!! so what do I have to lose, anyone has to lose? I was given an article you had written recently in the SLC Tribune on natural supplements/viatimns. I was so excited to see that someone in our government believes in natural supplements, also to see that you know without a doubt that they work, by your personal expirience!! I want to go out and educate all americans about the differences in natural supplements and vitamins to prescription medication starting here in Utah.The drug companies and insurance companies are determined to have full control of the healthcare. I am frightened for the future healthcare for our children. We really need to start to take back control of how our healthcare works and now.
